I am a bit late with my well wishes it has not been a happy month for me and my hubby, as you know he has MS and its getting worst and he is not coping with it at all.,                                                                   
I didn't get to put any lights up outside for the first time in years, besides not having the drive to do it it has been so hot,.I tell you I am sick of being sad all the time and things going wrong like my roof which is still leaking after the roofers got up there to fix it and made it worse and then my insurance said they wouldn't give us a new roof because,. now get this.,  its to damage to be repaired but not damaged enough to be replaced,. can you believe that crap,.Even though we don't get much rain when it does it comes inside and my cupboard fell off the wall due to the weight of the water, they will fix the cupboard and replace the carpet, paint the walls but it will keep happening until they fix the roof,. We would do it but at the moment money is short maybe Santa might fix it as he comes down the chimney or knowing my luck he will get stuck and sue me,.lol

Cookie exchange,.

These bickies recipes are for scrappy Jessie cookie night, we in Australia call them bickies not cookies,. I hope you like mine, they taste good and never last long when I make them,                                               .
Old time biscuits ,.,.,.,.,..                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
60 gms butter or marg,                                                                                                           
1/4 cup caster sugar,.                                                                                                                      
1 egg - separated,.                                                                                                                             
1/4 teaspoon vanilla,.                                                                                                                            1  1cup SF flour.,                                                                                                                                       handful of yummy nuts,.
METHOD,.,.,..,

Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolk and beat well,. Mix in vanilla and flour,. Turn onto a floured board and knead lightly,.

Roll into a sheet and cut out shapes with cutter,.
Glaze with egg white, decorate with with almonds,100s and 1000s etc,.

Bake at 180 for 10 mins or until cooked,.

6 mix biscuit mix, 

3 eggs,.                                                                                                                                                

3 cups of SF flour                                                                                                                                
1/2 lb marg,.                                                                                                                                        
1/2 lb sugar.,                                                                                                                                     
Method.,,.,.
Cream butter and sugar together and add flour and eggs,.
Mix well together,. now for the fun part, you can add whatever you like to the mix,. Make a few piles of mix and add chocolates pieces to one, add nuts to one lot, and jam to one lot, add cherries to one lot add anything you like,.
Put on a greased tray  using a spoon and cook for 10 to 15  mins in a Mod oven,.

These are both yummy bickies mixtures and I cook them all the time, For special times  wrap in pretty cellophane or tissue paper and try a big bow around them or stuck in a basket., Makes a yummy gift,.

Not long to Christmas< I cant believe how fast the year has gone,So many things has happen this year and Ashley's 21st birthday is in Nov and it seem like we have been planning it for ever and now its only 2 weeks away,. I will wake it tomorrow and Santa would of already have come,.

Not sure what I want this year for Chrissy, need a new roof cause its still leaking but I think thats a bit big to put in Santas sack.,Maybe some good luck is always a good gift,. dont you think?

Happy Halloween everyone, I hope you all had heaps of fun and got heaps of treats too.,Here is my pumpkin I did,.., It was my first one I have ever done, I pinched it off our Rosey , she was not real happy about either,.

Yep look I am still here., wow it looks like everything is working,.
What a day I went off to Tamworth as planned, it was a lovely sunny day and all was going well so off I go into KMart to buy my shoes and my Top Box for my telly and I was humming around the shop and heard this strange sound,so I keep walking down the back to the gardening centre and this voice came over the intercom please envacuate the store and it was said over and over,. Everyone was heading for the front door and leaving there trollies behind but I had already payed for my top box so I wasn;t leaving and the lady keep saying just leave it and come back later to get it, No way you are talking to me one of the most unliucky persons I know and there was no way I was leaving it behind,.So I carried my top box out the shop just as the doors came crushing down,. phew made it.,We all headed upstairs to the roof top carpark and waited to see what had happen,. I took off and went to the op shop and came back 30 mins later and everything was fine.,I found out that there was a fire and outside were fire trucks, ambos, and recure trucks so I am not sure what was burning,.
What a day, it could only happen to me,.Plugged in the box and all works fine,.I didn't get many bargins but had fun and it was a day to remember,hope you enjoy reading and dont let the bedbugs bite,. love ya all goodnight love Glenda,. xoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Hi everyone, I'mmmmmmmmmmmmm backkkkkkkkkkk,.,. yay yay,. I hoping that this will fix the bugs in my computer for ever now and I can continue to blog away,.
I am sorry to the blogfest ladies that I havn't been able to blog so I will try and make up fpr it from now on,.
This is Maw Maw our cat who is hanging off the kitchen window to get a drink, her water container is on the floor but she was needing a drink right now and didn't have time to jump down.,
When do cats have babies, like what age and how long are they pregnant for, she has a big fat belly but not sure if she is pregnant., I love kittens they are so cute and cuddly.,
Besides the cat everyhting is ok on my little farm, Rosey is loving the rain we are having and has new mud holes everywhere and is now a black pig,. Our chichens think the duck is there mother and the duck, Mick, is just loving it , while Mother chook is off sitting on more eggs and so is Suzie Wong and Silky,. In the other cage Mothers baby has had her !st lot of babies, 5 of them to Sprike so they are browns, white and a mixture of both,. She is a good mum and he is a good dad,. Tiny our hurse is still a little snot and and he too is covered in mud from the rain and loving it,.I think everything else is fine and I am off to Tamworth tomorrow for some long over due shopping,.
I have not yet seen the shops with all the Christmas stuff in them so I cant wait till then,.Will go to Spotlight, Big W, KMart and a few op shops so it will be a big day,. Will leave at 8.00 so I get there early and not waste time driving and I will be having junk food for lunch and tea,. The best things about small towns is we have no Maccas, or KFC or pizzas or anything like that so when we do get to go to the big smoke I eat everything I can get in,.lol,.,.

Well Happy Halloween to all my American Blog friends.

I have a little poem about a Tea Pot and I had a pretty picture to go with it but for some reason I cant seem to add photos anymore,.I had a melt down on my computer and lost everything and yes I mean everything and I am still having trouble finding things so maybe that has something to do with not being able to download photos., If anyone knows how to fix this problem please HELP.,,.here is the poem,.
Teapot.,
You might observe my teapot
And guess it's full of tea,
And though you could be quite correct,
There's more you cannot see........
For recollections,sweet and warm,
Still brew within its sphere,
Of all who've shared a cherry cup
O'er many a passing year,
The loving friends who came to call,

hi everyone, boy what a day I was going to tell you a lovely poem of a teapot but than I had trouble with my computer and I had to shut it down and start again and when this happened I lost my emails and lots of other stuff on it,. I am so angry with my computer I would of thrown it out the window but its to heavy and my back is sore enough without adding more pain to it,.I cant find any of my pretty pictures of my images that I have collected and even my games and yet my computer says its almost full and yet there is nothing on it not even a wallpaper.,Then I got my mobile phone bill and when I signed up the guy said I could have $20 worth of free calls and 55 text messages for @6 a month so I jumped at it,.I then had to but a new phone so I could keep my phone number and had to drive to Tamworth to get all of this,. Then today I get my first phone bill and it was $50.60 so I rang up and they told me that there was no deal for
$6 and the cheapest was $15 and take I had been told all the wrong info and there was nothing they could do,.I know $15 isn't much but I never spent that much before and only got this cause it was so cheap, I'm to scared to use it now in case I go over the $20 and have to pay 78 cents a min,.Wow what a day,.I am going to bed before anything else happens so don't let the bedbugs bite and see ya tomorrow,. love ya from Glenda xxxxoooooooooxoxoxoxoo

New quilt cover made by me,.,.,.

hiya guys,.this is my new quilt cover that I made from old pillow slips, some of them were my nanas so they are quiet old,.

I sewed them all together to make a queens size cover, I used the pillowslips for both back and front, different colours and patterns,. It took abit of time to make but once I started I didn't want to stop and wow a new quilt cover,.

Also it rained last night and we got 5ml not alot but it also rained tonight but only a few drops.,

Its all good but we need heaps more,.

I am also starting to paint some items for my Etsy shops and my Made it shops.,I will let you know when and pop along to have a look.,

I made my quota for my free Avon diary by getting more than 12 costumers cause I got 17 yahhhhhhhhh

hiya guys another day for blogging.,
I lost everything on my computer and I feel like I have lost apart of me, sad hay.,
It was shop day today and my nieces boyfriends birthday so we had chocolate cheesecake and lots of party food, so much for the diet I am on.,.,
I also getting some things made for my Etsy and for Christmas its getting close and I love going to the shops and looking at all the pretty things to buy for it and all the lights., I love Christmas and all the trimmings, the food, the lights, the trees, wrapping up the prezzies and looking at the smiles on peoples faces,.
I have been checking out some of the blogs on the list and some of them are great to look at and to read.,

hiya guys I am so sorry that I have not been on for a couple days but I lost everything on my computer and yes every bloody thing.,I still cant get emails., I only just got my email to get into blog,. I have to load everything back on and I am not sure where some of my discs are to reload which is driving me insane.,Someone pushed the delete button and just like that gone,.I am too scared to turn my computer off now,.
Some good news is that I had a great weekend and my back verranda is build and is so lovely sitting out there.,Everyone went home and its just me amd hubby and wow its so quiet,.

hi everyone, I missed last night but I am here tonight and wow what a day I have had, firstly my brother and his beautiful lady turned up and with them was my other brother and my niece who wants to hang out here for a couple of days,. It is great that they are here cause they are going to help me build my back awning,. My brother Darrel is sooooo funny, he is always telling yarns and cracking jokes and my other brother Gary or barney (which we call him),.is always following him so bewteen the two of them is always full of fun when they come and I love them dearly although at times I could kill em:

wow day 2 all ready do you know its only 80 something days to Christmas,pretty scary hay,.

Its raining and storming outside and if it rains it will be weeks since we had any and my brother is coming up to build me a back awing, which I have had planned for ages and it rains this weekend.,,.

Its also footy grand final this weekend and we have visitors from Newcastle so its them who bought the rain with them,

Blogtoberfest2009., I am in this blog writing month where everyday I write on my blog something that I am doing or have done so I hope you dont get bored and I dont run out of stuff to talk about.,

Day 1=== started out good, went shopping and when we came home we found that muma chook had 3 little chickens under her, but I think the duck thinks they are hers so I hope they will share,.

Went out to do Avon only 3 orders and I need 12 to get my free diary for next year,.I am hoping to get it so I will keep going,.

Stoke to my brother and he might be coming up for the weekend to help me build my back awing so we can sit out there in the summer without getting fried,.

Hurt my back helping Glenn in and out of bed,. it makes me sad to see him like this,.
